Foals second single Mathletics is set to hit the UK on August 20th.

Foals don't sound like anyone else. There are hints of other bands, but there's something strange about the guitars. "They're meant to sound like insects," says frontman Yannis, "They're played high on the fret board – we even hold our instruments up high. The result sounds like a cloud of insects forming these strange harmonies."

As well as playing Brighton Loop, Reading/Leeds and Bestival, Foals have just announced their full UK tour in September, check their MySpace page for more details. They will follow this with a further tour supporting Bloc Party at their personal request. Live, this band are not to be missed.
