Bump & Grind, the hottest dance competition is back on Trouble, every Monday at 5pm.

After a gruelling series of online and real-world auditions, the UKs finest movers will be throwing shapes and battling it out against each other on the B&G dancefloor to win the accolade of being the ultimate Bumper & Grinder.

The ultimate winner will receive a coveted dance contract with the prestigious AMCK Dance Agency and the chance to appear in the music video of an upcomingstar.
